With over 25 years in the industry, Stuart has been working in Europe, Asia and the USA before moving to Australia from the UK in 2010. Stuart is an Accountant by profession, and is formerly a Director of HSBC Bank.

Joseph is the owner of a successful Australian premium giftware and Home company based in Adelaide and Suzhou China. He has been residing in Adelaide for the past 10 years. Joseph is bilingual in Chinese and English

Carlton W. Blair III (Tres) is Managing Partner and Senior VP at United Cargo Management (UCM) for the past 14 yrs. Tres brings 30 years of experience in shipping and global logistics from around the world and has travelled extensively across 6 Continents developing and executing detailed end to end global logistical solutions from far reaching places as Mongolia to Zambia.

Tres has spent a lifetime in the scheduling and delivery of high volume container traffic around the globe. His background encompasses all territories in Asia and is our Joint Venture Partner in many PPE Transactions. He runs a large professional team in Charleston, South Carolina and his company is part of a Marco Polo Lines a long established Global Freight network with offices and representation in every major trading Port around the globe.

For Tres, finding a collaboration with an established and experienced Asia based Procurement and distribution company to assist with the PPE challenges was crucial. Joining forces with FFC was a natural evolution.

David Southern is a corporate-commercial lawyer and arbitration lawyer who deals with capital markets, venture capital, M&A, international trade, and cross-border corporate transactions. David is a dual-qualified barrister and solicitor from the UK. He has worked in three international law firms and in-house in multinational corporations in the dynamic markets of East Asia and Southeast Asia. He has worked as a lawyer in Thailand since 2018.

David graduated with a Postgraduate Certificate in Law from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Master of Laws from Cardiff University and Bachelor of Laws from Liverpool University and is admitted as a Barrister of the High Court of Hong Kong and Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong*.

He has contributed to over thirty publications on company law, capital markets and fintech in Thailand and Hong Kong

He is a Committee Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Thailand.

Ross is our man on the ground handling operations and due diligence with our factories in Asia. Ross is a fluent Mandarin, Korean and English speak who is also comfortable with operating in the Thai language

He has a background in precious metals and significant trading skills

Ross received his MBA from Washington University in Sat Louis- Olin Business School, and his BA in East Asian Languages, Literature and Linguistics from the University of Florida

Ron Levy has worked with Stuart Michael for the past 30 years on corporate and commercial transactions . He was formerly a Partner at the New York firm of Hodgson Russ, LLP, and graduated from St John's University School of Law and his first degree was in Economics Political Science from Queens College New York.

His practice areas focus on the representation of companies, underwriters, funds and high net worth individuals/family offices in connection with Capital Market transactions as well as sophisticated tax planning matters. Ron's extensive experience includes primarily representing issuers and underwriters in public offerings as well as mergers, acquisitions, public and private finance, hedge and private equity fund formation, corporate restructurings, broker dealer/FINRA regulation, and SEC Enforcement. Ron and his colleagues also advise clients on, and oversee, commercial matters involving complex corporate issues.

Sandra has been working in the industry as a Retailer, and for the worlds biggest brands for over 20 years. She has extensively travelled as both a buyer and seller throughout the world in the HOME sector.

Bernie has been working with Stuart for the past 5 years in Australia. She has been responsible for design and sourcing for clients in the APAC Region. She is an experienced Retailer owning her own Retail operation in Australia, and in the UK

Stephen is an experienced Retailer and Buyer. He was the owner of a multi-store Retail operation for over 20 years, and then moved to work with an Importer and Retailer with Stuart. He is a specialist in Children's items having owned a multi store retailer in that category.

David is a renowned designer of Handbags and Luggage. He was formerly the Director of Worldwide Bags, which he founded, and sold in 2006. Since then David has been working for Manufacturers and Major retail and B2B clients assisting them with sourcing of bespoke (ODM/OEM) and branded products
